I loved living here but moved to Atlanta to be closer to my job. If you enjoy living close to downtown (but not too close), being able to live without a car (walking distance to movie theater, coffee shop, Kroger, library, and restaurants like Chick-fil-A, Willy's and Ru Sans), or hosting cookouts in the backyard, then it is easy to see that you will love this bachelor pad. I certainly hope so; I'd hate for it to be empty for football season! Open to longer than 1 year lease, if you're interested!
