One Story Pool/Spa Home - 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, private pool/spa in the community of Indian Creek. The house is located near grocery stores and many restaurants. Your friends and family can come and visit as you will have easy access to lots of entertainment including Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and Margaritville. The community has its own tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and a playground for the kids. The house is fully furnished, so just bring your personal belongings and enjoying living in Sunny Florida. Owner pays property taxes, HOA fees, and house insurance. We will also take care of pool cleaning and maintenance, landscaping and pest control fees(approx. $250). Pets are allowed; maximum 2. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house or in the garage. Parking is permitted in the driveway and on the street. Please be considerate to our neighbors when parking on the street. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, television and internet services. Deposit required at lease signing is $8625 which covers first month, last month and one month security deposit.
