Townhome will be shared with me, male working professional, and my 2 parakeets. You'll have access to the common areas, dedicated fridge, and pantry areas. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances. You will also have one assigned parking spot. If there are additional vehicles you will need to park on the street. I'm looking for roommates who prioritizes cleanliness is respectful and responsible. It would be best if our schedules were similar as I wake up pretty early and enjoy a quiet evening. No animals, no smoking or loud parties. Working couples preferred. Available 6/4/25. Please no smoking inside, no animals, and respectful of noise level in the evenings. 1 parking spot is available.
