A 55 sq. ft. balcony with spectacular views and gas BBQ's are allowed. One parking space allotted for the 1st floor underground parking. Building amenities include full gym, garden deck, and a front desk manned 24/7. The front desk will also accept packages delivered while you are away and keeps them for you in the mail room to pickup. The pool deck is currently being remodeled and the project is expected to end at the end of summer 2023. When completed, it will contain a pool and 2 spas, bar-b-ques, club house, and landscaping on 6th floor. Minimum lease term is 6 months, with one year lease preferred. Landlord/owner live in the building. Cats and dogs allowed after approval. Building charges $50/year fee for dogs. Bring your suitcase and you can be settled in today. Tenant responsible for TV Cable/internet. All other utilities included. There is a single parking space on the first floor of the underground parking garage. Pets OK upon approval. Building requires $50/year fee for dogs to offset the cost of additional cleaning. No smoking. No bird feeders or wind chimes allowed on the balcony. Gas BBQ allowed on the balcony. Lease must be for at least 6 months, but 1 year is preferred.
