The apartment is in a great location in Mission Valley. A very clean and bright apartment each bedroom has it's own bathroom. We have loved living here. There are pools and Jacuzzi's on the property which is well maintained. We have two parking spots. We are subleasing/renting it at a $400.00 discount for the March, April, May and June if we can find two people looking right now. The currant rent we pay is $2405.00 per month so if you decided to take over the lease when it is up the rent will be close to $2405.00. We have to move before our lease is up, My roommate and I are looking to have someone take over our last 3 months at a $400 discount starting April first or 10th. Then you can keep the apartment and renew the lease or move in July if you are looking for only a few months.
