Evans and its surrounding peaks or the Brothers trail, which is a lookout over the town of Evergreen. Meyer Ranch Park more of a local park with trails that wind through pine forests and some trails (Sunny Aspen & Old Ski Run) have some gorgeous lookouts. Elk Meadows Park one of Evergreen's most popular (and therefore more frequented) parks has several trails that go through the vast, open Elk Meadows, as well as those that climb just above the meadows, and one that climbs all the way to the top of Bergen Peak. Staunton State Park a gem of a park! Staunton has gorgeous trails winding through Aspen groves, granite cliffs, and dramatic lookout points with views of Pike's peak, Mt. Evans, other surrounding peaks, and waterfalls. Reynolds Ranch Park a quiet park with trails that parallel a shady stream, and the Eagle's Nest trail, which climbs to a breathtaking viewpoint.
