Fully furnished mid-term rental for traveling professionals. Everything is furnished including utilities, lawn care, trash pickup, appliances, wifi, TVs, dedicated office space, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, bed bath and kitchen linens and more. We do accept small dogs on a case by case basis. But they must be kenneled while you are away. We have an exterior camera at the front and back door along with smoke and CO detectors inside. This is a 1 month minimum stay with option to extend for the length of the contract with your employer. The security deposit for a 3 month stay is $500. A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be collected before move in. A $200 pet fee also applies. This is set up as a mid-term fully furnished rental for traveling professionals.
