This manufactured home has had some remodeling started but still needs a few projects completed. This home can be lived in as-is (we were living in it as we worked on it). The yard needs the most work (it has grown up since the exterior photos provided), so if you can look past that initially, this could be a great home for you! There are few neighbors and lots of woods and farm land surrounding the house giving it a country feeling but is still only 5-10 minutes away from everything in Danville VA (including cheaper gas prices!). There is a pond on the property an a 2 stall horse barn. One stall has been floored in for storage space but could easily be reversed. The property is on a gravel road that is shared with only 2 other homes. Any left over materials we had from projects started will remain (extra flooring, tiles, paint, etc). New A/C unit and cooling coil were installed in 2011 and a new well pump, including all pipe and electrical was installed in 2012. Note to agents: Please contact me for lockbox combo. Power is on but water is turned off. Do not use rear steps as they are unsafe. We are hoping to get some yard work done but are unsure as to when that will happen. A/C needs minor repair; we will have the coolant charged with an acceptable offer. Items in barn do not convey. We will consider all reasonable offers!
