We are the original owners this home has NEVER been smoked in though we do have a dog & a cat. Very well taken care of. SUPER AFFORDABLE! NEW roof 2 years ago it is a 30 yr heritage roof with guarantee. Heat pump is 5-6 years old this home is ALL ELECTRIC no gas bills! Brand new (about 6 months old) programmable touch screen thermostat. The furnace was also gone through and a new motor installed, works like a charm. Home stays cool in summer & warm in winter no issues. Low cost bills, very energy efficient. New front door installed last summer has a cool sliding screen (screen is built into the door & slides up & down easily). New fixtures in bathtubs & nice new shower head with multiple settings in master bath. Cooktop stove 2 yrs old stays, dishwasher stays & refridgerator stays. Nice eat in breakfast bar off the kitchen, large open floor plan! Very nice & large walk in pantry in kitchen, large laundry room/back porch. Very big master bedroom suite, includes side by side closets a large master bathroom w/ dual sinks, standing shower, lots of storage & a large garden corner tub.
