The living room features a comfortable seating arrangement, Smart TV, and is open to the kitchen. In the kitchen you will find loads of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and seating for two at the kitchen counter. You'll love the view of the back yard from the windows in the kitchen! Also on the first floor is a room that has been set up to double as a dining room and workspace. You'll find a dining table with comfortable bench seating, a desk with a chair, and a decorative fireplace for added charm. For your convenience there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this level. From the back door you can access the backyard and patio.
