This delightful waterfront cottage overlooks North River Lake, a spring-fed lake that is ideal for swimming, paddling, fishing and boating. The property offers one of the best locations on the lake, with a private tree-shaded shore and lawn. The cottage has a deck and a sliding-glass/screened-in porch, both with spectacular views of the lake. Inside, the rooms have custom wood walls and the large living room has a lovely fireplace. One of the three bedrooms is on the first floor and two are upstairs, where attic insulation keeps them cool in the summer. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator and several cupboards. The bathroom has a shower (with hot water). And there is a 100 amp electrical panel. Under the house there is an enclosed storage area, and under the deck, room for small boats and such. Like many summer cottages, this one has no well and instead pumps water up from the lake.
