It has a wood burning fireplace in the living room, a large porch with ceiling fans, beautiful trees for shade, a huge kitchen with island and brand new fridge/freezer and dishwasher. (There is a stove and oven. They are just not new.) Central air AND heat and ceiling fans in almost every room. The master bedroom is very large and has pretty french doors to pass into the huge master bathroom which contains a large soaking tub, 2 sinks, storage, a vanity, a BIG walk-in closet, then the shower and toilet are through another door for privacy. There is no application fee but there is a $25.00 background and credit check. That is what I get charged. I make NO money from it. There is NO SMOKING allowed IN the house. Pets will or will not be accepted depending on information. SCHOOL DISTRICT IS DEWEYVILLE ISD; a great school.It has a laundry room but tenant furnishes their own washer and dryer. Tenant pays electricity bill and water/sewer bill (which is one bill put together). The electric bill has never been high unless you go crazy with the thermostat. Trash can be taken to the local dump or you can hire trash pick up. Rent is accepted in cash or cashier's check or money order and is due on the 1st of each month. First lease will be for 6 months and if all goes well, your next lease will be yearly.
