For the money, these homes are awfully hard to beat!! Where else can you find economical gas heating & hot water with central air, off street parking, a garage, a finished fam. room with adjacent 1/2 bath all for this kind of money??? Answer - you can't. There's also a rear deck right off the living room spacious enough for you and friends to enjoy an ice cold beverage on warm summer nights. These are great homes and I'm happy to have another one to be able to sell to a very happy future owner. Very roomy master bedroom with closet space galore!! Beautiful oak hardwood floors in the LR & DR. These folks have converted the garage into an additional bedroom (4th bedroom) but it's very easy to put back as it was or keep it as is. You just won't find anything that stacks up to these homes dollar per dollar - HURRY though - they go fast!!!
