We are listing our house, photos show it as is but we are still working each week on things such as, trim work, painting, re-finishing cabinets, light fixtures etc. Photos & price will be updated as the projects go if we get to the bigger projects planned. A few things we have recently had done are a new AC unit in 2024, Furnace was replaced 6 years ago along with a wood stove added in, we had the front porch rebuilt fall of 2025 (still needs painted), lines to the well were repaced 5 years ago and the lines to the cistern were replaced last year along with a new expansion tank and jet pump. Breaker panels were replaced 2 years ago and some recent electrical work on outlets that were never hooked up. If you have any questions just ask.
