It is huge and lots of room. Hot water works better than great, ac and heating works wonderful which is electrical, no bugs or problems, all appliances works great and nothing broken. Persons wanting to take my lease over must be approved by rental company I rent from which is Pridgen enterprises located in Comer Ga and must go through rental process and meet all or most requirements for approval which is good credit score, proof of income(8 pay stubs) of double or triple amount of rent, deposit, rental references and renters insurance. Utilities are paid separate but don't cost very much I pay about $100 in electricity give or take depending on month and $20 in water at most. trash not included either and no pets allowed per landlords preference. lease length is from Jan 2021-Feb 2022.
