Large 2 BR Unfurnished Apartment located in Elkton, MD. The apartment has wood floors and is on the third floor. There will be 2 flights of steps to get to the apartment. The living room is about 16 x 14, dining room 16 x 12 and the two bedrooms 12 x 12. Each bedroom has its own closet. There is a walk-in closet off of the dining room along with a coat closet in the living room. The apartment has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. This is a very quiet building with all middle aged, mature residents. Rent includes heat, water, hot water and trash pickup. The gas cook stove is contracted by the tenant through the gas company. Tenant will supply their own A/C if it is desired. There are washer and dryer hook-ups in the basement for your machines for a small additional fee to cover the water usage. Security deposit of one month s rent and one full month's rent is required ($1500) at move-in. The 2nd month's rent will be prorated if move-in was not on the first of the month.
