Hi, My name is Ben. I have 1 room for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse at the Villagio in Tempe. I have been here for 3 1/2 years. It's a really nice place to live. I will rarely be there so I am looking for a female only, as you will be sharing a the house/bathroom with another female roommate. She keeps it clean and picked up. 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in the Villagio in Tempe. There will be a total of 3 people living in the house, I have a dog. He is very sweet but myself and the dog will only be there sometimes on the weekend. Room is 10x13' with 2 door closet. Room is no longer furnished. There is pics with a queen bed, and I was taking measurements in the pics with the room empty. There is a nice back patio and also an office/storage room downstairs next to living room. You will have your own parking pass for parking outside. Drug free home. This is not a party house. Having friends over is of course cool as long as you are home while they are over. I drink socially but not often. Please be courteous of other roommates. Rent is $750 plus 1/3 utilities. $650 refundable deposit. Thanks for looking and I hope to hear from you soon. Being this is a shared home, I have a few things I like to be upfront about. I want anyone who lives here to feel safe, secure, and comfortable. I have a few things that are important to me. 1) Always keep the doors locked. Whether or not someone is home, please keep the house secure. I know this isn't important to some people, but it is important to me and it's just nice knowing that at least the house is locked up, even though we are in a good area. 2) While having guests is perfectly ok, there is a point where people are basically living there. Friends/family/SO's need to have there own home and not be staying over every night. Also, guests can not be left at the house when you are not there. That should go without saying, but I have had to explain this in the past. 3) Please clean up after yourself, particularly in shared areas. Noise levels should be kept reasonable at night.
