I have 191 acres of land with a house, shop/storage building, and 2 story barn. The property is located 10 miles west of Lawrenceburg at 2395 Alton Station Road. Approximately 37 miles from Lexington. Total cleared land is 42 acres with the rest in woods. We bought the property 12 years for hunting deer and turkey. There is no lack of these animals. I have either cut or hayed all the cleared land since we purchased the property. House The house was built around 1950 and has 3 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, family room and utility room. It is on city water and uses a propane furnace for heat. Also has a wood stove and air conditioning. All appliances will stay with the house. I does not have a septic system. Yes you heard me correctly. To the best of my knowledge it has never had a septic system. The roof was replaced last year. Shop / Storage building I build this building in 2015 and is 30 by 40 feet.
