This home is our original cottage house on Dumont Lake. We built a new home on the same property in 2016/17. Currently, we Airbnb the cottage in the summer months. The home is completely furnished 2 bedrooms with 3 beds in each bedroom. Utilities will be a proration for the bills, Gas, Electric, Cable. Internet will be on your own. There is an attached 3-season porch, this area adds 350 sq feet to the home, making a total living area of around 1400 sq feet. With a little heat, it can be used in the winter but it was never intended to be a 4 season room. We would consider doing a yearly rental as a second home or a 6-month rental though the winter months. Rates would be different in the summer but we would anualize the rent to be fair to all. There is a carport that covers two vehicles outside the cottage house. We are open to monthly, multi-month, and yearly rentals. So let us know your needs or desires and we can talk. We are open to Options, Reach out and we can discuss what works for you. We're more looking for great neighbors than renters. This property is Holy Ground for us and we enjoy sharing it with others.
