It is located on a quiet friendly street, 10 minute walk, 2min drive from first Lanikai beach access. The Space Enjoy a designer home featuring a gourmet kitchen with a Viking Commercial Range/Oven and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The bathrooms feature custom cabinetry, natural stone counters and designer fixtures. Floors, Brazilian hardwood cherry and natural stone (slate and limestone). Choose from four separate eating areas including an outdoor deck with sweeping views that seats up to 10, a covered lanai, a formal dining room and a breakfast nook. Lanikai is one of the top five rated beaches in the world, known for its turquoise water, fine white sand and two beautiful small islands, the Mokuluas accessible by kayak. The word Lanikai means "heavenly sea" in the Hawaiian language. Kailua town, a ten minute drive has everything you need; restaurants (Kalapawai cafe, Buzz's steakhouse) coffee places (Morning brew), juice bars (Lanikai juice), best Ahi poke( Hibachi grill) Whole Foods, vegeterian market (down to earth) and quaint retail shops Guest access Guests will have access to everything but the Garage, which is used for storage.
