We are PET FRIENDLY, we allow up to three pets in the town homes and two pets in an apartment. First pet is $100 non-refundable and $50 non-refundable for all other pets, any pet less than 25lbs is $25 a month and any pet over 25lbs is $40 a month. We have breed restriction; any pet over 40lbs in an apartment you must be on the first floor. Residents are responsible for paying the following utility: Gas, Electrical and Water (water is $12.
