1 bedroom apartment/mother-in-law suite on working 20 acre farm We have a one bedroom apartment/mother-in-law suite for rent on our farm in Eagle Creek. The apartment is large enough for a couple to share comfortably. It will be empty and ready for viewing the last week of September. Pets welcome with a refundable pet deposit. Amenities include a small kitchenette, large bathroom, living room, bedroom, small utility closet, patio with small grass area, lots of windows and two private entrances. Off site laundry. There is room for a small garden as well as a few of your own farm animals for an additional fee. We are open to barter work trade in exchange for farm space or partial reduced rent. We are interested in renting to people who share our same like minded values of family, and community support. A bit about us: We partner with a local farm to support those in need in our community. Currently that means housing animals for them but in time, we will be starting a weekly food pantry. We host a local butchering class, walking tours and family gathering events. This type of service will provide extra traffic, so you must be ok with frequent visitors. We are new to the farming lifestyle, everyday is a learning experience for us. We hope to grow and expand over the next few years, learning as much as we can with our new partners. We are located between Sandy and Estacada which makes us about 20 minutes from everything else..ie.. Clackamas, Mt. Hood, Gresham. Our location is ideal for country living with the convenience of easy access to the thriving Portland Metro area. Trimet services are limited but available at a short distance. Apartment rent: $1500 Includes utilities (electric, water, septic, garbage, internet) Field rent: $100-600.00 Pet Deposit: $200.00 (refundable) Six month lease required with a deposit of first and last month's rent.
