$200 Off First month's rent For any of our homes $700 and above we do ask that you prequalify. You are welcome to come in with you proof of income when doing the key rental. Key rentals are done Monday - Friday 9am-4pm, we will be verifying that you make 3Xs the amount of the rent. If we can verify that upon coming in, we will ask for a $20 key deposit, you get the key for an hour and a half and once you come back you get that money back.
