Heat/Electric and wi-fi for the unit is paid by the tenant, the water bill is split between the lower and upper units. Cats are allowed. Lawn care and shoveling are taken care of by the upper tenants. The property is located on Howell Ave just south of Lincoln Ave. It is directly across the street from the new Colectivo coffee shop and within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, and parks.
