House has garage, driveway, nice yard, complete with back deck for bbq ing. This house is built in the 1940's. The fireplace has original tiles. It has character and we are looking for a renter who will take care of the place. Non smoking, ideally no pets. Other housemate has a dog. Our ideal terms would be for a year or two, but we are flexible. First and last month's rent and a security deposit due to secure move in.
