We do a $30 application per adult, in which we screen your credit (550+ excluding medical & schooling), income (2.5 x rent amount), rental history (no unpaid landlords/evictions), and background screening. The deposit is required at the lease signing. Your first month's rent will be prorated based on the day you move in. We are pet friendly, but we only allow two pets that must individually weight under 75lbs. Insurance does not allow us to accept Pitt Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, nor Chows. Tenant pays electric and $25/mo towards water
