In terms of location, the house is literally on the top of the Santa Monica mountains often above the clouds. The drive up is beautiful and still only 15 minutes in every direction to Calabasas, Topanga town center, Malibu, and the beach. A separate guesthouse on the opposite side of the garage is empty but available to rent as a separate office or living space for an additional cost. The main house has no shared walls with the guesthouse so house feels very separate from the guesthouse. Ideally looking for minimum 6-month lease but flexible for a longer lease or a shorter lease for the right tenant. House will be ready to live in, furnished with well-stocked kitchen. Unfurnished is a possibility for a longer-term lease. Tenant responsible for utilities, but there are solar panels to offset most of the electricity usage. Absolutely no smoking inside and pets must stay off the furniture.
