This is one of, if not the nicest one bedroom in Pinnacle Port. It was completely redone. The kitchen was taken completely out and has new cabinets and granite counters and it the room was opened up to make it a nice living area. Everything about this unit is first class. The full bath upstairs makes this unit very versatile and the living room really does act as a second bedroom. The association fee for Pinnacle Port includes the heating, cooling and hot water. Leaving a small light bill and phone for you to pay. What a special location. To the west are no more high rise buildings, only the pristine lake powell waters and their dunes, and Camp Helen where there are walking paths into the dune areas.
