This has been a great house for us for the last 10 years on a non-through street. Great for kids. There was a new roof put on 2 years ago, new air conditioning unit, new hot water tank, sprinkler system is 3 years old, new landscaping back yard garden, new tile in the kitchen, granite countertops and the whole house has been repainted inside. We reinsulated the attic about 6 years ago and added crown molding to the living room. We are open to leaving tvs, refrigerators, washer and dryer. We also have had 3 children grow up in this house and we will have a carpet allowance.
