Downstairs takes care of yard and snow removal . Tenant pays gas ,electric and water bill comes every three months is minimal and shared with lower unit. This owner requires very good credit , stable, secure job history , excellent rental history , all to be verified. I do an online credit and background check thru Trans Union reporting at a cost of $40 per adult. This owner does not take section 8 housing . NO PETS ! NO SMOKING ! Apartment doesn't have central air but owner will install two large ac units that keep apartment very comfortable on those hot days.
