This home has some charming features. It is conveniently located on the bus line, and within walking distance (10 min.) to several parks. It is only slightly farther to the waterfront parks, restaurants, etc. It is up to, a four bedroom house, with the 2nd floor bdrms being non-conforming due to egress (small windows and doors).
