The property consists of a main house with an attached one bedroom unit which will be rented out separately sometime in late December. Will be rented for $1700 plus $150 for utilities. Shared wall consists of kitchen in main house and bathroom of 1 bedroom unit and has been upgraded with additional sound proofing.
