On the opposite side from the master, one of the bedrooms is very large, and even the smallest of the 3 has room for a twin or bunk bed plus a dresser. The hall bath has a single sink and a lrg bath/shower combination. Ductwork is in the attic and vents are in the ceiling, so your furniture can go where ever you want it. Lights in the master and LR have been replaced with modern ceiling fans and all windows have cordless blinds. Outside, the siding is wood, the roof is shingled and the front door has a full glass storm door. Every appliance, including the AC/heat and water heater, work perfectly and are still under warranty. PLUS, the whole home has a TRANSFERABLE EXTENDED WARRANTY good through December 2026. You can stay here with management approval, or move where ever you like. The rental lot it’s on is pie shaped, so the back yard is large if you have kids or like to garden. The park is very family friendly, children play outside and ride their bikes. There’s also a pool, playground and a basketball court. The management is great and my neighbors are the best! I’ve always felt safe no matter what time of day I go outside. This is a great home that I bought to live closer to work to avoid the heavy traffic. I only lived here a few months because right after moving in, the company I worked for, for over 30 years, told everyone they’re closing because of the current oil and gas policies. So I retired and will be moving back out to the country. To see the home, please be prepared to show your DL or a picture ID, which I will get a picture of. A realtor friend recommended this for my personal safety and to have a record of who has been inside. All will be deleted after the sale. Sorry, but no owner financing.
