Please note that this house is currently occupied and it not available for viewing until March 17th. This little gem was abandoned but we saved it and gave it a fresh new start. The structure has been upgraded. The wiring and plumbing are all new. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently installed. New windows and new roof. New insulation in attic. New gravel drives and parking area. Quiet setting at edge of town so don't be surprised if deer wander thru the area. Has front and back porches for relaxing . Pets are allowed in some units but there is a one time 250$ fee and rent is increased by 100$ per month per dog (30$ for cats, multiple dogs add 100$ per dog). Stove, refrigerator, and window a/c appliances are no longer provided by the owners. If a unit has appliances already be aware that owner will not replace them if they cease to function. Feel free to text me to see if a unit has appliances already present. Off-street Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles for each unit unless noted otherwise. Power and water/sewer/gas/trash pickup is thru the Town of Winnsboro where available. Renter pays for all utilities. Rental agreement is for 12 months and switches to a monthly automatically afterwards. No smoking in house. Smoking allowed on porch and grounds. Yard area maintenance is renter responsibility. Price to move in is typically double one month's rent. For example a 850 monthly rent requires 1700$ to get keys. If you have had eviction issues in the past you may be asked to pay 2 months in advance. I cannot accept upfront money to hold the unit. I would need double the months' rent to proceed with the lease.
