The roads are maintained by Terlingua Ranch and there is a $193 fee per year to keep these maintainers up & running. All taxes and ranch fees will be current at closing. There are no restrictions on Terlingua Ranch but we do ask you to be courteous with your lighting. This is a "Dark Sky" community and we have a lot of start gazers here as well as McDonald Observatory in Ft. Davis. Lights interfere with these. Please call in advance to schedule a showing.
