Magnolia street between Larch and Angela, is the best neighborhood to be in. Everybody gets together regularly for BBQs, graduation celebrations, birthdays, etc. Everybody are friendly,without being nosy or interfering. It is a safe environment for kids, and almost everybody have dogs. It is the closest one can get to being in a gated community without being in one.
