Close to Petersville and amazing views of the Northern Lights,.Has big circular driveway that to can park a tractor trailer , heave equipment or large RV. 2 pol barns for storage and a large shop fro all your toys!Remarks from the seller: The things that we like most about this house is the awesome views of the aurora, plenty of parking, air compressor is hard piped through the shop and outside, has 220 plugs in shop one being for a welding machine, Toyo heater and insulated. We like that there are no neighbors on the sides, just the church that's used on Sundays and the other side is the end of the neighbors 21 acres with slim to no chance of being developed. We have a bunch of borough land behind us with a main winter trail up to the Princess lodge from Susitna Rd. Vitus to our north is maybe a mile and offers gas, fuel, heating fuel and propane. It also has a laundry mat and showers and food. To the south within walking distance is the post office and 3 Bears who also offer the same thing in addition to lodging, RV parking and pizza. There's Petersville Rd and Oilwell Rd which as you know boasts riding, hunting and gold mining. We like that it's a great location for whichever direction one wants to go. We were told that Trapper Creek school is well liked.
