There is one cat that lives upstairs your roommate would be taking care of the cat all bills and utilities are paid. There is free Wi-Fi. You'll get one day a week to use the washer and dryer. it's on the third floor, so there are stairs. looking for somebody who is always at work or out and about. It's a quiet house having people enter. The house is prohibited and would such terminate the lease. It's just for the leasers. There is a parking spot in the back for a small vehicle and cameras all around the radius of the house. Smokers can go outside the smoke. There's no smoking inside of the house were adults so drink responsibly. cleaning the house is very important to clean up after yourself and once in a while, do a deep clean for dust and grease. The other tenant cleans regularly as well. Nobody's perfect so just respect one another and communicate.
