NO SMOKING/VAPING. If you meet these requirements, you can apply via Zillow (fee required, but will apply to any Zillow applications for other properties as well as this one), and provide references and copy of Driver's License to owner. Renter responsible for all utilities. Regular lawn care (mowing, edging) included in rent amount.
