A 500-square-foot deck and two stone patios were later added to enhance outdoor living and take full advantage of the setting. Power first arrived on Palomar in the early 1950s and has since been upgraded to 200-amp service, supporting two mini-split heating and cooling units, one on each level. An insulated metal roof and new septic system have been installed. The property is also equipped for Starlink.
