Building 222 is one in its own kind, all up to date appliances, wash and dryer in the unit which they just replaced this year, heated garage, storage, and all your central air, electricity are included in the rent. It's very quite and the grounds are always put together beautifully. The one bedroom is very large, easy to fit a king size bed. Extremely large living room and nice fit dining room leading into the breakfast nook kitchen that is all updated stainless appliances on wood floors. Honestly if I was living New York I wouldn't let this go. Yes, the rent is high 1510 a month, but after you figure in all the bills and the extras they give you, it's worth every dollar and more. The complex does have pool and if you don't know guilderland it's close to everything you need. The rent includes all utilities except cable and wifi.
