Modern, yet rustic cabin up Palomar Mountain with amazing views and privacy. The main cabin is 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There are 2 additional mini a-frame cabins, one of which has a queen bed and half bathroom as a separate sleeping area. The second mini a-frame is set up as a yoga/meditation/reading space. There is no bathroom in the second mini a-frame. The property is fully furnished and available as a midterm to long term rental (6-12 months). Open to month to month as well. Important note it is wood burning stoves for heat and there is no ac at this property. There are portable window ac units for the 2 bedrooms in the main cabin. Well behaved, house trained dogs may be allowed, max of 2, however there are breed restrictions. Because of wild life outside dogs should be on leash when outside. There are two locked gates through a neighbors property to get to the cabin. The neighbor has cameras on the gates. Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for the cost of internet and electricity. No parties, the community has quiet hours. No smoking allowed at all inside or outside the property. It is a high fire area so smoking outside isn't allowed either. There is parking space for only 2 vehicles.
