    ***UPDATE 4/3 Working on the house on our day off. Sanding and finishing of the floor is done in the entryway. Lots of updates to the full bath including a shower surround, new spout, knobs, shower head, painted the tub white. Took out the toilet and replaced the floor underneath. New flooring on top. New paint in many rooms and doing a deep clean. New photos will be posted soon!*** The house is 2 stories with an unfinished basement. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and the master bedroom is downstairs with private sitting area. There is a spacious mudroom with plenty of coat racks all along one wall, a small built in bench, and a half bath right as you walk in. The living room has french doors that lead out to an 8x13 deck. Forced air furnace installed in 2013. Newer water heater. New roof put in 2007. Newer electrical and insulation were done in 2007 as well. House is 1,062 sq ft of finished space. All appliances are included. Lot size is approximately 60x130. Property taxes are about $1,000/year. I had a home inspection done on the house when I bought it in 2015. It is structurally solid and no major repairs need to be done to this home for a long time. This is a great family home and I am sad to sell this. But the time has come for this house to work for another family. Our family is moving out of state for a better job opportunity. So the time has come to sell this wonderful house. I did buy this house with a USDA loan so it had to pass many inspections! If you have one of these loans this house should qualify no problem. UPDATE 1/16/19: We are currently cleaning the house and getting ready to do a few updates. We will be doing some painting, updating the shower, and refinishing the hardwood floors.
