Take the staircase to the first floor, where *during low tide* you will be able to easily walk without heavy beach traffic. (tide charts can be found online!) Our complex also offers tennis courts, corn hole, and a volleyball net! There is also an outdoor picnic area on the beach that includes bathrooms and grills. Whether you're out on the balcony or inside catching up on your latest show, you can count on staying entertained. The beach is only steps away. **This is a unit that will come furnished with all appliances. We are looking for a winter renter - ideally between October through April of 2023.** *this is a third-floor unit - you will have to climb stairs to access it.
