Each unit has 2 garage spaces, plus off street parking, utilities are not included but it has a septic system and well water so there is no bill with these. We do credit checks and background checks and verify employment. Fee for this is $50 for each adult living in the unit nonrefundable. Pets are allowed for $50 Fee a month. We prefer no smoking in the unit. We require first and last month's rent and damage deposit before moving in. Damage deposit is $2300.
