The house is in the Spring Branch subdivision in Monticello. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and very family friendly! It’s 1,171 square feet with a good sized fenced in back yard. It was built in 1982 and remodeled in 2016. We put all new vinyl plank flooring in and new paint just last year. It has a storage shed in the back yard and a storage room off the carport. The living room and hallway have the original hardwood floors, we just laid the vinyl plank over it. The fridge and stove can stay with the house. We have loved this little house and we’re so sad to leave it, but we are excited to see another family enjoy it!
