Outside remodeled, but the inside needs a complete overhaul- cracked walls, sewage issues (approx 10K repair and basement floods with raw sewage, at times), hardwood floors need refinished, filled with large cracks and splinters. Old single pane glass windows, in original wood frames (some frames are damaged and leak during rain). Needs new storm windows. Absolutely no insulation in home, at all. Electric bills run about 600 a month all year long. Gas, an additional 150 a month. Some electrical outlets do not work. Half bath in basement does not work. Needs to be removed. But it has large rooms, newer furnace and hot water heater, once was a 2 family, but has been altered to be single family now.
