There are two restaurants on the property and easy access to shopping and dining right outside the community gates. One member of your party must be at least 50 years old to rent in the community. There is a one-time charge of $200 per guest for renters to access the facilities in the Sun City community during your stay. Guests have access to the house, garage and screened in lanai with a dining table and hot tub. Sun City is a beautiful resort community with both year-round residents and snow-birds who spend their winters in the low country. It is located in Bluffton, a destination for dining and shopping. Hilton Head Island and the beaches are 15 miles from us and the historic town of Beaufort is a half hour drive to the north. Savannah is a half hour drive to the south. The city is one of the most beautifully restored historic cities in the country. Three month minimum rental - association rules. Can be extended. Owner provides furnishings, linens, kitchen items, and utilities. Heat/AC, trash, water, cable TV, WIFI, gas are all included. Small dogs will be considered with additional security deposit.
