In 2021, all new hot water heater & HVAC units were replaced. The house has natural gas piped to it, but it is only using electric, not gas with current appliances. Irrigation for the property uses the HOA's common well, so no direct cost to the owner. The owners rent the home through Dune Allen Realty; however, they reserve all holiday weekends, spring breaks, etc. for their family.
