Aloha! We are happy to share our gorgeous, bright, clean and well-equipped vacation home with you. One bedroom with one queen bed, one bath and a sofa bed (sleeps four). Maui Vista is just steps from Charley Young beach. Enjoy the 3 pool areas, 6 tennis courts and 3 barbecue areas on the property. The space: The unit has a renovated, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and an island for extra counter space and dining. One bedroom furnished with a comfy Queen size bed. The bathroom is upgraded with granite countertops, stone tile and bamboo glass accents on the walk-in shower. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and chair, flat-screen TV & DVD player. The lanai, with its beautiful garden & partial ocean views, is a perfect place to enjoy romantic twilight dinners. Building Amenities: Guests at Maui Vista have access to three pools and six tennis courts and plenty of bar-b-que areas. There is a great welcome presentation in the morning by the pool also, with morning refreshments. The host will tell you all about the islands and things to do... he is able to offer discount coupons for some of the most popular attractions as well and even book some for you. Other things to note Our home is very well appointed. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full dresser and a closet. The living room has a double sofa bed, very comfortable for two additional guests. A large flat-screen TV with Cable. There is a house phone with free long distance calls to the US and Canada. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi. There is a closet in the main hallway equipped with beach gear. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and has a lot of modern conveniences including a washer and dryer. We provide dish soap, soap for the dishwasher, bar soap, and paper towels. There are also plenty of spices for cooking. The kitchen has a coffee pot as well as plates, glassware utensils, pots and pans, and everything you need for creating home-cooked meals. The Neighborhood: Kihei is a great, fun and energetic casual resort town with the best beaches on Maui. Centrally we are located near Wailea (more shopping, dining, golf and fine dining) and close to the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. A short drive up Kihei road is the bustling tourist areas of Lahaina and Ka'anapali. For adventurers I suggest Haleakala, where you can see a beautiful sunrise, bike down a mountain or zipline! A 6 month lease available to expire on October 1, 2020.
